Though your fate may change, the Lawbringer Artificial Intelligence System will always track your Civic Soul so long as you persist. The Bureau of Enumeration does not forget. Repeated misbehavior will lead to you being eliminated and forced out of the city.

Dealings of the Zeletus Scum in the city of Aneurism IV have rapidly expanded. The Lawbringer AI system has detected unstable levels of rot rising within the city, and suspects that the Scum are attempting to weaponize the city against itself through currently unknown means.

Aneurism IV exists within an anomalous and perpetual cycle of decay and rebirth. Despite this, or possibly because of it, the Consul has sanctioned a state of perpetual war with both Kidneystan and the Zeletus Scum until total annihilation can be achieved.
